When I fly I fly, when I walk I walk. There is not a middle ground. I don’t strive to be in balance by trying to walk and fly at the same time.  I strive to fly. And I believe when someone wants to fly Spirit has a very strong interest. I like the  quote because of its’ feeling. Flying means change. Constant change to be in the flow with Spirit.

I am an ambassador of change and I work with women - mothers, grandmothers, business owners, teachers, CEO’s, women from all walks of life. My mission is to help you move out of chronic pain, low-energy levels, or mental fog into increased energy, vitality and clarity. My goal is to help you make the changes that will support your well-being and vitality so you can fulfill on your life purpose and make the difference you want to make in the world.

I am here to help you build a true healing lifestyle by way of learning simple, powerful practices. We will work together to overcome the obstacles inherent in making big life changes. You will learn about the importance of external environments including the effects of EMF and how to mitigate them, the science of epigenetics, circadian biology and optimizing our mitochondria for healing. I will also give you meditative tools that will help you travel within and make a deeper connection with your self. These practices layer side by side with the body healing practices to give you access to new levels of energy and passion; to move toward greater integration.

Habits, practices, bio-hacks that meld into rich lifestyles naturally arise from going deep enough into any area to see the benefits of the practice, the possibility it can become in your life, the true options that are available, and the price of inaction. From here the urge to act becomes a compulsion and the action itself changes every part of us even though it may require serious planning and thought to make the change. It may be and often is very uncomfortable to make the change, but in the end you will have more of what you want - well-being, health, energy, vitality, connection within and more of what you did not even know that you want.
