Can you feel it?

Well, my friend Dr. Inna Kogan can. She is a pulmonary ICU doctor in the Berkshires of Massachussetts. - a true hero in these times! She offsets her work in the ICU with hours in the sun and wild swimming in icy cold ponds. She is undoubtedly hard core!

I used to lay awake at night completely exhausted but unable to sleep. I felt like I had stuck my finger in an electric socket. I was buzzing in every cell of my body. This became normal and I did not know what to do other than to take sleeping pills. But, that was out of the question. I would eventually get to sleep, wake up many times during the night, and finally wake up in the morning tired with a headache. My feet would hurt. I had muscle aches and pain. This went on for years. I was feeling “it” to. The “it” I felt was at the opposite end of the spectrum of what Inna feels swimming in an ice cold pond connecting to the magnetism of the earth through the water and connecting to the powerful electromagnetic radiation from the sunlight.

On my healing journey, through learning about non-native emf, as well as the healing native emf frequencies of sunlight and the earth, I discovered that my sleep experience was not normal and far from regenerative. Through trial and error, I applied what I learned, and 100% turned the situation around. I have no trouble getting to sleep, I stay asleep and I wake up refreshed. I am indebted to Dr. Jack Kruse for what I learned from him about the importance of sleep and how to set up my life including morning routines, evening routines, bedroom, and habits. I now experience deep sleep and my circadian rhythms are literally back in sync with the song of the earth.

You can take an area, like sleep, to start to tune in to the way non-native emf frequencies feel in your body. Book knowledge is important. Somatic body knowledge is even more critical. The big challenge is that most of us live in a 24/7 bath of non-native emf so it is hard to recognize how non-native emf feels in our body because it just seems so normal. We spend very little time outside and we lack the somatic experience of what the earth, the sun, and the cold feel like. But, there is a way to do it.
