Hanna and I share a passion for cold water immersion otherwise known as Cold Therapy or Cold Thermogenesis.- both appreciating its' healing power when applied often. And we love how alive it makes you feel! We are going to offer an online Cold Therapy course together through True Healing Lifestyles. It is going to be alot of fun! But not as extreme as what Hanna does in her native country of Finland. She is the real deal!
